Founded by Carlos Atkins II, P.E., AES brings over 15 years of electrical engineering experience spanning power distribution design, arc flash hazard analysis, NFPA 70B/70E compliance programs, and owner's representation for major capital projects.

Principal Engineer & Founder
Carlos Atkins II, P.E., is a licensed Professional Engineer with multi-state licensure and over 15 years of experience in electrical power systems engineering, electrical safety, and compliance consulting.
His technical expertise includes power systems analysis, short-circuit and coordination studies, arc flash hazard assessments, NFPA 70B/70E electrical safety program development, and owner's representative services for major electrical infrastructure projects.
Mr. Atkins holds professional engineering licenses in 12 states and maintains active involvement in IEEE and NFPA technical committees focused on electrical safety and power systems standards.
